Question Red Cpu light Orange dram light. Windows wont boot

I opened my PC to put in a bluetooth wifi piece and must have messed something up. After I installed it when I turned my pc on It would show windows 10 loading into a bluescreen. I'm able to access the bios still.

For parts I have

MOBO: asus x570-e
CPU: ryzen 7-3700x
RAM: corsair vengeance 3600
GPU: asus rog 2070
PSU: 700 WATT thermaltake
NZXT AIO for cooling

And i know its in the title already but there is solid red cpu light and solid orange dram light on my MOBO
