Question Red CPU light ?

my b365 hd3 has a red cpu light i use the i5 9400f so i do not know what the problems is,the ram is not the problems,so do i need a i7 or i8 ?

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

was it working before?

Apevia Rapter 500 watts PSU.
I used 8 gb ram, maybe the ram is the problem ?
