Game stutters a lot . I think currently i have most things on low.

Try lowering more settings. Your PC is going to struggle no matter what.

Cap your FPS limit in nvidia control panel to about 32fps, you should have a smoother experience

Yeah, that PC will have a lot of problems to get this game running smoothly. Try starting on low settings and then work your way up.
