Hello so first im going to put here my pc specs
Gtx 1050 ti
I7 4790
16gb ram
256ssd
500gb hdd
Windows 10
1680x1050 monitor 60hz

So when i play rdr2 the game looks very pixelated on trees or far away things making the game look bad anyone got a fix on this i tried tweaking nvidia and game settings but nothing .

Solution
Use TAA in the in game options for RDR2, anything else looks terrible. You can also use sharpening in the NVidia control panel to make the game look better. I'm running it on a 2080 at 1440p and even then, it looked poor until I did those two things.
As long as I know, this game is naturally glitchy anyway.
You said u tried anything in game setting, but along with increasing resolution and putting anti-alasing and anisotropic filtering in both in-game and NVIDIA Control Panel, there also has to be a field of view setting.
Also, 1680x1050 is not exactly like 1920 x1080, and your eye may be sensitive about it.

When i remove antialiasing completely it looks so bad my eyes hurt even with high settings

Well, 1050 Ti is not an overpowered card either. Video cards, stronger than gtx 1650, or equal to it, such as the 1650 super, are more capable of dealing with 900 to 1080 p, while 1050 Ti more likely just grants playability in this range.

Another thing I said, anyway, is the anisotropic filtering. If there is no game option for it, then there has to be something like trilinear, but there has to be.

Another thing is increasing MSAA - x4, x8, x16 and so on. Well, I admit I am not sure what exactly it does, tho.
