Red dot problem

Hi I own a Windows 7 Compaq with a Vision AMD Integrated Graphics card I have not used it in about three years for about three weeks i started it up. and everything I download a few games and one was a game I've played on it for years and any way I re download it to my computer I play about three games and I see this red dot on the center of my screen I thought it was just something on my screen so I push it off. when I finish and exited the game all of a sudden all the black Icons and objects try to this red speck all over. I tried restarting the computer and upon boot its screen was red. I open both My AMD Vision Engine control and my Task Manger and have my computer run a few diagnoses to see if. In my task It reads my GPU is maxed out at 99% then I go into my Vision engine and go under desktop manager and under desktop colors the spectrum of colors is all red fragmented and the color correction curve all mess up I alter that spectrum it less the see dots but its still very present. Also I should note that if I am in a cooled room its runs fine for about an hour than switch to red dots. I need help please.

I had an old Nvidia card do something similar when it was on it's way out. It may be the case here. It might be time to get a new laptop.
