Red Dots and Lines on Acer P215H

Hi. Since I am the newbie of the forums; there's something wrong with my monitor.

First of all, I was looking closely to some pictures. After all of this, I see red dots and lines on my monitor. Tried updating; too late, red dots and lines still appear horizontally and vertically. I am really disappointed of how I was looking at.

Could you tell me how to get rid of it for sure?

This happened to me a while back. For me, it was the HDMI cable. I think I was using a very old cable that wasn't even made for a monitor. Have you tried switching cables? I got a really strong, braided cable and I have had no problems since! It could also be your GPU, so if getting a new cable doesn't work, try seeing if your GPU overheats!
