red dragon m711 gaming mouse not working

I bought this mouse a couple on months ago it gets recognized by the computer but doesnt light up or work can some one help?

If possible test it on another PC or laptop, if it's confirmed dead just contact Redragon for an RMA

I tried that and i emailed redragon and they linked me an firmware update and all is good now

i just got the same problem, windows does the beep sound but it doesnt work either on my pc or others, the rgb light arent ON as well, how do i get the resolve?

I have the same issue, i emailed redragon a long time ago. Yet they still haven't replied to me. Can you give me the file or any links that can resolve this? Thank you.
