Red error lights on motherboard

Specs: ryzen 5 1400
2x4gb hyperx 2400 ddr4
Gtx 1050ti
Msi b350 mate

Hi, first time builder here. I have finished assembling my build, and when it turns on, the cpu red led flashes and goes off. Then the vga led stays on. Currently the gpu has been taken out, as I believe that to be the problem. Please help!

Hi, how did you install you´r Ram modules ??? did you install like the Picture bellow ??

Sounds silly, but sometimes Bad ram can show signs like the above

And are you sure you plugged the Proper CPU cable to the Motherboard ??? an 6+2 Pin PCI-e is identical as the CPU cable you can even plug in the Motherboard, but you´r CPU won´t get enough Power, the PC will fail to start.
