Question Red flashing light on RTX 3050

Occasionally (not every boot), my GPU will have a red flashing light where the power cable connects to it. I have read that it is something do with a lack of power to the card, but I have a 650w power supply (which is more than enough).
The pc also boots as normal and there is no evidence for lack of power.
Is this just a bug or is there an issue that needs fixing asap?

Specs:
CPU - Intel i9 12000F (for CAD usage as well as games);
Motherboard - TUF Gaming B660-Plus wifi D4;
GPU - Nvidia Geforce RTX 3050;
16gb of ram;
and an MSI 650w 80+ Gold Fully Modular ATX power supply

This is my first build and everything was bought new from the local pc store, so any support would be appreciated!

Which 750W PSU, exact make and model, do you have, how old is it, how much use did it see so far if used, and what condition is it in? The wattage by itself means nothing if it's cheap or old.
My mistake..
It is an MSI 650w 80+ Gold Fully Modular ATX.
I bought it new in March this year, and has been used since it was installed.
