Red horizontal lines after increasing hz

Hello there. so I've got a F&U monitor (which is at 60hz) I've heard people talking about increasing the hz on the monitor at least by 5 or 10. so I've tried it on the Nvidia Control Panel. but when I try to bump it up even to 1. I get Red horizontal lines at the taskbar when I revert it back. It's all alright
Is there a possible fix, or it's just my Monitor can't handle it?

Your monitor can't handle it.
Your eyes won't notice a difference of 5 or 10 Hz.
