I already have a white HyperX Fury 8GB 2666Mhz (HX426C16FW2/8) memory stick, and now I'm interested in buying another one, the red HyperX Fury 8GB 2666Mhz (HX426C16FR2/8). Both share the same specifications on HyperX's website, except the heatsink color. I'm almost sure, but would like to know your opinion: Will the red stick work with the white stick I already have, operating in dual channel?

*I'm buying now buying the red, instead of the white, because there it's on sale on Brazil.

Solution
You have a real good chance of them running together in Dual Chanel Mode , since they are the same , spec , just a color difference. There is still a slight chance they might not run together.
Specifications are for the memory in the form sold. Other combinations have no guarantee to be compatible together. Combining multiple singles can cause the memory to be no longer able to operate at rated specifications. This includes exact match, same thing, identical.

Of course, you can make any combinations you want with no guarantees as to if they will work together or how they will work together. As the previous poster wrote, you'll have "a real good chance".
