Red LED underneath new GPU

I recently just got a GTX 970 and when turning on my PC there's a red LED shining underneath the card (which I think means not enough power is coming through) and my pc is stuck at the boot screen, but after about two minutes the LED turns off and my PC proceeds to boot fine without any trouble, just want to ask if there is a setting in the BIOS I need to change so the GPU receives enough power immediately from startup or if the LED means something else. Any help will be much appreciated 😀

It's the GEFORCE GTX 970 MSI GAMING 4G edition
