Question Red Light coming from Lan2_LED

Hey all, I'm getting a solid red light coming on from my motherboard lan2_led indicator when trying to turn on.

I have a
Ryzen 9
Asus Pro WS X570-ACE ATX AM4 Motherboard
EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 8GB
4x8gb t-series ram
Corsair HX Platinum 750 W 80+ Plat Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

I've tried removing everything and no matter what combination I do, I get this light coming on. What does the light mean? Theres no mention of it in the manual
