Red light on Cpu LED on b450 Tomahawk on for ~1 second switches off. PC runs normal.

Ok, so i'm probably being a little paranoid here but when i initially power on my new build PC the red led on the motherboard for the CPU comes on for about 1 second and switches to the VGA LED only ( i have no graphics card yet and have a 2700x so i'm guessing this is normal since no ITGx). Is it normal for that light to come on when powering the PC or should i be worried. the light does not come back on and my GPU doesn't arrive for 2 weeks so looking for some reassurance before it arrives. The PC runs completely normal doesn't shut off or anything like that.Thank you.

Why not borrow GPU from someone or buy dirt cheap one just to see if the system works?
