Question Red light on Mobo

After swapping the batteries in my MB, because it wouldn't turn on. Swapping batteries fixed the turning on issue, but now there is a constant red light on my ASRock z370 extreme motherboard, and even though it boots nothing shows on my screen. Any suggestions?

Please post your entire system spec including PSU make and model.
Is this a new build? or a build that has worked fine then suddenly stopped working?
