Question Red light on motherboard

It's the z390 AORUS pro and the red lights are on the down right of the board.

The computer starts up normally when i do nothing but when i want to enter the bios.. restart PC .. press delete. I get a black screen and i see the red lights in the corner. What are they? And why won't it let me in the BIOS? Even when i tried to restore my PC for like a week ago the PC restarts and again black screen.

I'm lost

EDIT:

Seems my HDMI cable was preventing me to see in the BIOS. I unplugged it and now i can see again. Thanks
