Question Red light on start button flashes 9 times ?

Hello guys ,

My PC is an HP xw4400 running Windows 7.

When I switch on the computer, the mouse cursor does not show on the screen and the start button red light flashes 9 times.

Any ideas on this, please?.

Red Power LED blinks nine times, once every second, followed by a two-second pause. Nine beep

System powers on but does not boot.
