[SOLVED] Red lights over ram and no display

Msi x470 gaming plus motherboard corsair cx 650 power supply ryzen 5 3600x cpu gigabyte 3060 oc 12gb gpu crucial 1tb ssd corsair vengeance lpx 2x8 16gb memory

just connected everything all the fans are working and the gpu lights are onbut theres nothing showing on the display ive plugged the hdmi into the gpu and ive even tried the motherboard and still nothing also i have red lights on above my ram
