Red Line Under Programs??

Below is a screenshot of Chrome with a red line under it. The line appears under any program I open and only appears if the program is in focus (being used at the moment). It lengthens if I change the size of the window horizontally and moves with the program if I move it. The line is still there but faded if on top of another program. Easily seen on a black desktop background. How do I get rid of it?

Try doing a clean boot - this will tell you if its a start up program or a strange bizarre feature of Windows 10

I expect its something you have running since google has no idea.

Hey there! I'm still not sure what it caused it but I shut it down and just left it off all night and day. Turned it back on and I was clear of red lines. Honestly really weird.

well, if it ever happens again, try a clean boot, it would have been something you were running
