Question Red lines on display

Hi, I just got my monitor back from sceptre they were supposed to be repairing but it seems like they just sent me a new one. It came with all the accessories which I didn't send back. But, now it displays small red lines in games mostly, on far away objects or the sky, seemingly random and only on the left side. Anyone know what it is? And I have screenshots if anyone could walk me through how to post them. Thanks in advance.

Ok, so I just looked at the screenshots and the red lines don't show up in them. So it's definitely the monitor. Any ideas on how to fix it or should I just send it in again?
