Red pixel appear all over the screen when playing games or videos

So I have this PC I've been using for 5 years, and then suddenly red thing appear while I'm playing some games and the whole screen just glitches and so I force restart it and it didnt happend again until today, and now its keep happening every time I play video games after few minutes sometimes the game or my PC just crash. So if anyone know what causing this and if its fixable. Thank you and sorry if I can't describe it properly

Artefacts are happening, normally when the GPU in on its way out.
Maybe you can underclock the GPU, as it happens when GPU's are OC'd too much

which GPU is it?

also you can try to reapply thermal paste between GPU and cooler

if this won´t help, you can try to reflow the gpu chip and memory chips, but usually it´s just a temporary fix

you are getting artifacts.
this means your GPU is dying or you've overclocked the GPU too far. Try underclocking it to the stock setting or lower if they are already in stock clocks. Also, try stress testing your GPU and keep an eye on the temps. High temps are usually the main reason GPUs die.
