So i saw the Benq gaming monitor on sale and was in need of a monitor so i picked it up :http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?item_id=059699.

I used it for about a day and realized when my loading something my screen was solid black that i have a single red pixel. So i returned it and went to get a new monitor same model and i have the same issue just a different location. When i went to the store he did the test and it did have a dead pixel there too. What do i do now? Can i fix it or something?

after i posted this i used a video similar to what you guys linked and it fixed my problem temporary. Didnt nothing anything. Now i have 2 pixels like that i don't know if i didn't notice the other one earlier. one pixel is green the other red. Im gonna try the 2 that you guys link and see if it solves it after running for an hour or so.

You should still have time to ship it back. If not, I also got a BenQ monitor with a broken pixel. About a month later I noticed it. Just say it was shipped with a broken pixel and you never had time to send it back.

They'll send you a new one while you continue to use it. Then you must take the box of the new one and put the old monitor in there and ship it back within 30 days. If you don't ship it back, they'll just take the money off your credit card. :)
Hope I helped

Just lie, as long as you say it came broken with a dead pixel they have to give you a new one. It's a defective product.
