Red pixels and screen flickering

My specs as follows:
i5 8600k
Asrock extreme 4 z370
Noctua NH-D14
s340 Fractal design
corsair RM 850x PSU

My screen is flickering and lines of red pixels keep appearing at random points. The pc is running off integrated graphics for the time being as I'm waiting on a GPU. Any ideas?

Do you have the latest drivers for the 8600k's iGPU installed? If not I would try that first.

I'll give that a shot, I think I did update them because it was on the microsoft adapter too begin with. I'll post back in a bit when i've tested.

Yeah it had no problems with my old pc and connected to my laptop. With the pc it was display port and with the laptop it's hdmi and hdmi as well with the new pc(same cable).

I did a little testing and the problem seems to be fixed with the driver update.

edit: seems that it's still happening but I got my gpu today so I will install that and see if it still appears.
