Red pixels on my BenQ XL2411T

So when I picked up my screen this morning it was filled with some kind of redd grid... After one hour I tried to swap sides of the Dual link DVI cable that came with it. And now its much better. When I'm in 3D applications or see dark images with tiny colorchanges I can see red pixels around those areas (around a hundred of them)

Idk what to do?!

Return the monitor

If it's around that many, you should qualify for a return/replacement. When you're seeing is likely many stuck pixels.
