Playing gta v at very high settings,v-sync on for lower gpu usage, the game can run at 63 fps with no v-sync.Was in a heist waiting for people to join and i tried what would happen if i removed my usb adapter while waiting?the moment i remove it,i get a red screen,it said something with audio that i couldn't read and 10 seconds later my pc restarted.Scared to play now.

Ah... yes windows does cause some games to red screen or just crash out when it tries to find updates while you are gaming... this has always been a problem for me on windows 10.
Those issues kind of just went away on their own for me. I did not realize it was a USB wireless adapter you were talking about. See if it keeps happening.
I just bought an AUSUS PCie wifi card for like 30 bucks on the zon... it is fantastic and was plug n play for windows 10... works good with gaming.
If the errors continue after you have done all the windows updates we will go from there.

No you absolutely did NOT damage your CPU. If you start to get crashes and you do not see these windows update errors... we will have you try memtest86 and possibly...
So you got a red screen of death when you removed something from USB?
Have you had these red screens before while gaming? Generally red screen of death is a video card with a bad overclock/cpu with a bad overclock, or some sort of driver issue.
What you should always do if you get a crash like that, is look in your event viewer at the time, and read what warning or error popped up at the time of the crash...
You may have just upset the computer by messing with stuff in USB right while the CPU was trying to figure something out in game... its Windows so who the heck knows!
Let us know what event viewer says!
If it says "restarted due to a bug check" that is generally hardware/display driver.

Well i got a couple of these things:Warning:The network list manager reports no connectivity to the internet.Got it a few times(when i removed my usb wireless adapter i got no internet,so this is the moment when the red screen happened)Warning:A connection to the Windows update could not be established. Also got this a few times.Warning:A connection to the windows metadata and Internet Services(WMIS)could not be established.I also got some of these.Warning:Access to drivers on Windows Update was blocked by policy. Also got a couple of these. Now here go the errors. All of them were at the same time as the warnings, they are at the same time.Error:Megadata Staging failed,result=0x80072EFD for container '{B128A6A2-38C2-11E7-8596-806E6F6E6963}'(There was alot of them and they were too long so i didn't write the others)No i don't overclock my computers,i want to have a higher lifespan and i might do a small mistake and destroy my pc.In the event viewer i didn't see a single "restarted due to a bug check"I never had a red screen before, this PC is like 2 months old.Since i may upset it by removing the USB while the CPU was trying to figure something, could i have damaged the CPU?Sorry for the long message.

No you absolutely did NOT damage your CPU. If you start to get crashes and you do not see these windows update errors... we will have you try memtest86 and possibly a stability test for your CPU... Did you just install windows not too long ago? These issues generally happen early on for me.
