Hey guys,
Today I was playing some Counter Strike when suddenly my screen turned black and rebooted. During the reboot, there were 4 large vertical stripes through my screen. After this screen, a different one followed: black and red blocks were covering the entire screen now. A few seconds later my PC gave a bluescreen with the message that there was a hardware error and windows was shutdown to prevent anymore damage. After this my PC rebooted and the same process happened.
I was thinking about an issue with my Graphics Card, but I'm not 100% sure what it could be, so I ask you guys just to be sure and to find out if I need to buy a new card or not.
My specs:
GPU: Sapphire ATI HD7770
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965
OS: Windows 7, 64 bits
I run my PC on a 1920x1080 resolution.
