Yesterday I was playing games when my PC suddenly turned off. I tried to turn it on back, but nothing happened. No light, nothing, its like it was dead so at that point I assumed its a faulty power supply. Today I bought a new power supply, I installed it and I turned my PC on and it finally booted again, RAM Lights and some motherboard lights are on but air intake fans and CPU cooler fan are not spinning and also on motherboard there is a red VGA light on and im getting no signal on my monitor. What could be the issue?
Is my GPU dead? I already tried reinstalling gpu, different pcie slot, also tried replugging power cables for cpu, motherboard and gpu. What should I do? Im lost, im new to building PCs.

Motherboard: MSI B550 Tomahawk
GPU: RTX 3080
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X
RAM: 16 GB
New PSU: Be quiet! Pure power 12 M 750W
