Red Water Cooling Coolant?

Hi whoever is reading this! I'm planning on making a custom watercooling loop, and I was wondering what coolant to use? I've heard bad things about EK's Bloodred and Pastel Red. Also I'm quite new to the watercooling loop community, so any extra help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess end user reviews is a good way to know how folks that used it feel about it ??
I'm no expert as well but seems to me non conductive is the way to go if there was ever a leak you don't catch in time ?
