There's a playgroup in Martinsville, VA (a little East of you), that is
having somewhat regular tournaments. The next tournament is in two days
(Monday the 10th). Check this site

The tournament host is David Purvis. He and I have worked together a lot.
Also, I don't know how far you are from Greensboro, NC, but if you are close
enough, the NC State tournament will be held in Lexington, NC (about 30-40
minutes south of Greensboro), and I'll be putting in for the EC Regional
tournament as well this year.
