I just got a secondhand IGAME 1070 when i received it everything looks fine until i took the gpu from the static bag a screw fell off and the whole fan part is dangling, the seller only stated that theres a screw missing i thought it was just one screw apparently the fan's plastic screw housing is destroyed some off em are missing plastic bits some of em are falling off, also i think this gpu has been opened because the stickers on the bottom part that covers the screw on the back has holes in them but maybe the seller changed the thermal or got it serviced not sure. Should i be concerned? Theres a refund policy from the marketplace i bought it from but if everything works fine ill keep it because i got it for cheap

Should i be concerned?

I'd be always concerned when buying 2nd hand products since:
  • they aren't brand new
  • no warranty
  • risk of it being damaged or completely dead

Only good side of 2nd hand market is cheap price. But to me, cheap price isn't enough to justify the other issues used hardware may have.

In the end, it's up to you.
