Question Redirect audio to usb C

I'm having Asus GL503ge which is having a USB type c port and also a 3.5mm jack. But the audio audio quality of that jack is not great so I want o use it by connecting a USB c to 3.5mm hi res adaptor.
I tried connecting a USB c to 3.5mm adaptor to that USB c port and connecting a earphone but nothing shows.
Is ther anything to make it visible

Most probably, you'll need an actual USB sound card connected in that (or other USB) port. These adapters work mostly for phones for which they are designed.
