redirection

I am trying to setup redirection on my server. I have followed this how
to http://ut.gameservers.net/contentpage.php?id=507

It is not working correctly though. I am getting a weird error
Fan2 CTF-AsbestosArenA.Fan10 (Function
Engine.Decoration.skinnedFrag:00D5) Attempt to assigned variable through
None

The server is running Red Hat 7.3. Could the senior admin have the port
closed off?

Are you 100% sure this is caused by the redirection, and not by
something else?

No, I am not.

That is what he wants to run for now. I am leaning towards Fedora Core
2 if we get to update.

I would prefer to use FreeBSD, but I have not figured out how to make it
do everything I want it to do yet.
