After following the history, I've just thought why FM don't have any
similarity on staff teams.
Meaning as long I get a manager job and sign staff (ass man and
coaches/physios), these guys could become faithfull to me somehow, and
bond a group/team that would most likely run together.
I.e. if I move from actual Atletico Madrid to another club, some would be
pleased to join me at the new club, as real life experiences prove us to
be right and common.

FM, think about it!

This has always jarred me. Maybe if you were on their favourite persons
list. It's something that should be implemented. Happens all the time.

I'd be happy if they would sign new contracts at my current club.

It does. It seems every time a manager get's sacked his assistant goes too,
and usually joins them at whatever club they move too. Never happens in the
game.
