[SOLVED] redragon h310 Headset increases room surrounding volume

my headset is amplifying any surrounding sound that is not from the pc like room noises or street etc,
it starts to appear when I set the sound at 20% +

Is this sound amplifying normal or is it broken? (it's a new headset)

Allmost all o the headsets without anc generally uses the cushioning to cut outn noise, assuming the headset to be non anc, its most probably is the same... and there isnt ant noise cancellation points... so it sounds u are just over analysing a basic set of over the ear headphone...
