Hello, thank you in advance for any help i get with this.
I have a redragon K556 i moved my set up from one room to another room, after plugging everything back in i get into a game and realize my Q button does not work at all. when i press CAPS it responds with 456, shift is 123. if i press shift 3 times, the entire key board will stop working. if i press CAPs twice it does the same thing. if i hold FN+ CAPS none of the keys work besides the escape. Its so weird. i did take out the W key to show a friend how a mechanical key board works before i moved everything. but still i am having other problems, i have tried restarting, uninstalling all drivers, reinstalling, resetting, switching to every USB slot. The right SHIFT works. also sometimes when i do LEFT SHIFT it recognizes NUM LOCK 1 2 3 4 5 6 . please help me
