Redragon K556RGB software

Recently I bought a Redragon K556RGB keyboard and now the fn key doesn't activate f1-12's secondary functions such as media controls which I need and I can no longer access the software (when I try to open it it says "Device is not detected, the key setting can not be displayed" - even though the kyboard works). I have tried updating, reinstalling, unplugging, restarting.

Yes. Switched, restarted and switched, reinstalled driver while in other port.

Check it with another computer or contact support for the keyboard. FN key not working and the software not seeing the keyboard points to some issue with the keyboard.

Okay, I'll try contacting support and see if I'm due a replacement
