Question Redragon k586 not connecting

So I bought a K586 about a week ago and have been using it pretty much daily with no issues, but today I bought hollow knight and I was having issues with the keyboard controls so I plugged in my wired controller to play that way. And not for some reason my keyboard will not connect, none of the buttons work and the backlighting does not turn on at all except for the lighting under media controls. If anyone has a solution for this so I don't have to send it in to be replaced I would much appreciate the help.

Update, my old razor black widow is also not being recognized. The only keyboard that is being recognized is my wireless lenovo keyboard I use for my laptop.
