Question Redragon keyboard doesn't work unless I press 5 keys?

So I was hooking up my ps4 controller to my pc and my mechanical redragon keyboard stopped working out of nowhere. I've tried different usb ports and all of that. But what I found out is that I can type with it if I hold down 5 keys and then press another key? Let's say I'm holding down asdfgh those keys won't register but if as soon as I hit another one for example K while holding down those keys it types it out. I have no idea what is going on now

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Which model Redragon keyboard?

Does the Redragon keyboard work correctly if the PS4 controller is not installed?

Do other keyboards work correctly on your PC - with and without the PS4 Controller installed?

Does the Redragon keyboard work correctly on another known working computer?

Have you tried manually downloading the Redragon drivers from the manufacturer's website? Reinstall and reconfigure.

Key is to narrow down the problem as much as possible.
