[SOLVED] Redragon S107 keyboard - some keys don't work

Hi guys,

Recently I bought Redragon set (keyboard, mouse and mouse pad) - Redragon S107 keyboard.
5th day of keyboard usage half the keys stopped working, don't know why. I checked the keys everything looks ok, tried on a different PC, same thing.

This keyboard doesn't have drivers. I have 3 years warranty but I was suprised why it has stopped working after just 5 days so I wanted to check with you guys here first, if someone has had a similar experience, before I call customer service.

Is there any solution whatsoever?

Yeah, tried on different PC but it's the same OS - Win 10. Don't have any Win7 or Win11 PC to try on them though.

There's no ND-tech USB Adapter
