[SOLVED] Redragon Surara K582 keyboard software problem

Hello. I have a big problem. I just bought the k582 surara keyboard and installed the software. I downloaded a zip file where are two apps. One is called Redragon k582RGB.exe and the other is called K582 update program.exe. I opened the second one and a chinese window opened. Me not knowing anything chinese I pressed the two buttons and the keyboard completely stopped working. No backlight, the buttons are not working. I unplugged the usb and plugged it back in and still nothing. Maybe it erased the program or something?

Can anyone help me?

did you install the first one yet?
try the update tool again

try pressing
FN+ PRTSC
FN+WIN

try the keyboard on a different system

Attila1 can you please tell me how you fixed it I just got the same keyboard and made the same stupid mistake and pressed some buttons on the chinease page and now my keyboard won't do anything. If you could please help me, thanks.
