I brought three Cooler Master Sickleflow 120mm led fans for my case .After installation the fans are noiser that i thought..So now i want to reduce the fan speed and make it silent. How can i reduce my fan speed.

Solution
Start by reading what I posted -

"Even if theyre not pwm, you can change speeds via your mobo uefi.

Or just use a resistor eg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA49A... "

go in the bios and there you should be able to see the fans.. lower the RPM

(Restart your PC, press DELETE button all the time when your PC restarts. It will go inside the bios)

What motherboard do you have ?

but my fans are connected to PSU rather than Motherboard..I heard that fans connected to motherboard are the only onces that can be controlled by bios..

Aaah that's why they are so loud because they are working on full speed I guess... Usually your motherboards control them depending on how hot your components are or what are you doing (idling or are on load) and it would automatically speed them up or keep them very silent. Plug them on your motherboard instead of using the case

If you have your fan set to automatic - clean your filters and make sure there's no dust inside the case. Dust can clog stuff up, increase heat inside the case and so it will set itself to spin faster to compensate. Maybe also consider what room/where you have it. Is it in direct sunlight? Are you in a particularly hot country? Is it a small room that can get too hot too quick?

If you do reduce the speed by the voltage, please stagger it. Reduce it by a small amount, use it for an hour and check temps and repeat until you have a happy medium. You don't want your computer overheating and maybe causing damage.

I suggest you to connected them to your motherboard. Your mobo will automatically control their speed. Registors will make additional mess in your case

You can connect up to 3 chasis fans on your motherboard

If I were you I would connect 2 in front/bottom or side panel of the case for air intake and 1 on the back for exhaust

Right. No problem will occur.
