Reduce or move my screen image

Hello,when I push the "Menu" button on the bottom of my monitor, Ican't scroll down - or get to the different settings.

If the buttons are broken on the monitor, need to either bring it into a PC repair shop or get a new. Are you sure you are using the right keys to navigate? What are you trying to change anyway? What's the monitor model?
