Reduce scale of task bar & tool bar all computer applications

Hello,we picked up our computer after having been worked on by a technician and discovered that every application now is huge! How do we shrink toolbar; taskbar; emails, etc???

If you got a warranty from the technician, then return the computer and tell your technician to fix the problem.
