Question Reduce size of my HDD

Dear friends,
I want your help to know...How can I reduce SCSI HDD size..i.e. I have 80 GB SCSI HDD and and I want to make it 10GB HDD so that my software can support....(my software have limitation that it can only work on maximum 10GB HDD)
please to resolve my problem.

Assuming the current 80G drive has no more than 10G worth of data, you should be able to do it via Disk Manager, SHRINK PARTITION. At the end of the operation, there will be a 70G UNALLOCATED partition which you can use later/make another drive.

As always, backup first if u need to save anything.
 
You will need a 3rd part software to shrink it as the built in windows utility can only shrink to where the last piece of data is.

The other thing is what software is this? Is it an operation system of some kind? If that is the case shrinking it may not even work as that might be a hardware limitation.

What OS and what kind of hardware are you running on the machine?
