Reduce temperaturelaptop of cpu in laptop

I own asus r510jx laptop which has i7 4720hq processor

Its temp in normal load is above 50c and if i play gta 5 (v can say just opened not even play) cpu reaches 70c and within 3mins 80-85c and gpu upto 70c. How to reduce dat??

Actually clock speed is 2.6ghz but i found cpu running at 3.5ghz and no setting available in bios to stop boost clock. Is dis will b da reason??

Dis is y im aware of playing game in laptop. And i hav assembled pc wid i5 4690k wid tower cooler, i play a lot of gta5 in dat, still cpu temperature never cross 60-65c and gpu never cross 60.

Help me to reduce temps of lappy as well as how to stop boost clock(no setting in bios available )???

How do you reduce it? Get a different laptop. There is literally nothing you can do if the fan is already at 100% (which it likely is). Maybe you can try one of those laptop coolers (big fans spinning under the laptop pushing air into it), but you'll only get a few degrees at most unless you have a solid metal design (like macbooks and Surface Pro)
