Reduce Vendor Prices?

Hi,

so I'm on a gambling spree, as I've saved several millions gold in my Bank
of ATMA.

Runeword EDGE in a bow reduces vendor prices by 15% and my Gheed's adds
another 12% => 27% cheaper gambling.

Are there any other items reducing vendor prices?

That Item is so badly named! Anything that truly possessed Gheeds Charm
would drive prices *up*.

That lowers the normal vendor prices, but not the ones for gambling.

Gheed likes to buy low, sell high. His charm would let him do the
former. (How he lost it, I dunno, but I bet he's pissed.)
