[SOLVED] reduce watts 10700k

I have Asus Z490-Plus wifi motherboard with 10700k and a EVGA 1070. I am looking to reduce my watt usage even more from 58 watts for when I am not flying FS2020. A couple months ago I thought I saw someone get their 10700k down to 40 watts, but maybe I can't with my 1070 and three hard drives and a slew of USB buttons, switches, throttles and yoke? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Undervolting is useless with idle loads. One of my systems with a 10700F, GTX 1660 Super, 3 ssds, a keyboard and mouse (psu is a Cougar GX-F 550w) it's idle load is 35 - 40w from the wallsocket, all at default voltages.
