Refence PCB 980 TI vs non reference PCB lifespan?

I am compaering the 980 ti ACX to the GIGABYTE 980 TI. Also, does the reference PCB have solid capacitors?

Both have solid capacitors.Since the Evga one runs cooler and has extra features on it probably has a longer lifespan, evga are also very well known for their excelent customer service and support if anything goes wrong
