Reference Gigabyte R9 290 Very Hot Idle

So basically I'm on the internet (pretty much idle ) listening to music on YouTube . My R9 290 gets really hot , hitting 90C (30%) Fans Auto . I have my fans on auto when I'm not gaming . Here is what I see while on the internet

The Value tempature was at 90C before and the fans only went up to 31% On Auto ?
So basically I'm wondering what I should do ?

What happens if you crank the fan speed to 100%?

It sounds like a leaf blower hahaha but stays frosty
I think it's just not downclocking itself when on the internet . I have the fans at 65% while gaming and only hits 70c

Just use msi afterburner and create a custom fan profile. Also make sure the card isn't on "silent or quite mode"

Well once I get off the internet the temp drops .............. I don't want to have my fans up while idling on YouTube

Seems to be an issue with Microsoft Edge . Whenever I have it open my GPU stays at 841MHZ causing it to heat up a lot ...... But internet explorer only goes to 300MHZ

i'd use google chrome or firefox.
