Reference GTX 970

THEY LOOK AWESOME.

Yeah, i said reference, but, I'm curious how cool they would keep, since they seem to have a completely closed design (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814132038) And is it actually worth the value?

The nVidia Reference cooler is actually a good cooler. It performs well and even allows mild overclocking on particular cards(GTX 780) at decent temps.
The 970 uses less power and puts out less heat, so the reference cooler should do the job just fine.
